Meet with clients to review and determine project requirements, develop project and design alternativesCollaborate with in-house Estimators and Project Managers to develop estimates and schedules. Participate in business development activities, draft, negotiate and execute consultant agreements, acquire necessary approvals and permits, and develop design within prescribed budgets and contracts.Manage Consultants and work with project teams to develop positive consultant relationships.Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Manage development of design detailing, construction document production and bid/work package completion.Check and coordinate all working drawings and specification documents near completion of Design Phase.Ensure all documents conform to BL Office Standards.Respond to inquiries from bidders and vendors.
