About the PositionThe ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large scale projects and at least some experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. The candidate must be able to manage and coordinate not just internal resources, but customer resources, teams and dependencies as well. The ideal candidate is not just able to ensure adherence to strictregulated processes, but also provides thought leadership to our customer on how to improve those processes.Responsibilities

Responsible for the direction of very large projects with complex components, ensuring integration, coordination, timing and consistency of process throughout the program/project lifecycle.

Directs risk planning, analysis, response and control on a scheduled basis across all phases of the projects.

Fully integrates into the customer environment and becomes an expert in their regulated processes. Provides thought leadership to the customer on how to improve those processes to increase efficiency, speed or quality.

Manages the first line of escalation with the customer with regards to the projectsprograms being managed.

Works closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architects and developers to create and maintain project schedules.

Leads project status, health and issue related conversations with the customer.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a project management, program management or scrum master role.

2+ years’ experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects is preferred, but not required.

Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc) is preferred, but not required.

Experience in a regulated industry is preferred, but not required.
