Corporate Strategy and Ventures (CSV) at Intel defines, develops, and leads the implementation of new pan-Intel strategies to harness the power of industry-shaping disruptions and to transform Intel into a data-centric company powering AI everywhereThe Strategic Alliance Office (SAO) is building Intel's strategic partners ecosystem and pursuing mid/long-term revenue and innovation opportunities to achieve Intel's growth aspirations of 100Bn+ USD. The team is responsible for identifying and pursuing multi-generation and multi-discipline deals across Intel, will enlist key BU, Functional, and SME owners to collaborate and execute on deal components and track value driver execution, and keep deal frameworks aligned to Intel's strategy post-deal execution.About the Role:SAO is looking for a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced deal maker, technology expert, and broad strategic thinker responsible for identifying and initiating strategic opportunities with new and existing customers/partners and closing deals spanning multiple functions within Intel. In this capacity, the leader's primary focus will be to drive the deal process from initial conception through engagement, execution, and delivering results, enlisting support from the various business units and functions.Responsibilities:

Work with subject matter experts in various Intel business units and functions to assess strategic growth

opportunities that accelerate Intel's mission and ensure we work with the right partners to achieve our goals,

Identify and pursue multi-generation and multi-discipline deals across Intel.

Drive the deal process providing strategic and creative leadership,

Ensure alignment to cross-Intel strategic priorities. Enlist key BU, functional and SME owners to collaborate and execute on deal components,

Provide a cross-Intel lens on broader value creation opportunities ('how big could it be'),

Track value driver execution keep deal frameworks aligned to initial vision and targeted results.

Strong knowledge of the ecosystem and partners in the areas of AI, Edge, semiconductors, software, and foundational IP

Demonstrated experience in value-based, outcome-oriented partner engagements

Ability to excel in an innovative, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute

Self-starter attitude, good business instincts, and comfort with ambiguity

Excitement about learning new technologies and applying creative business solutions

Demonstrated thought leadership and cross-group collaboration skills

Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insights

QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering, or equivalent, MBA or Masters preferred

10+ years of industry experience in: strategic alliances, business development, creative deal-making, general management, equity investing, Mergers and Acquisitions

10+ years leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment

Inside this Business GroupCorporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment. To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.Position of TrustThis role is a Position of Trust.
