Serve as Program Lead with primary focus on Missile Control Actuation products and associated programs within Missiles division
Responsible for profit & loss/financial performance to ensure business objectives are met
Implements Missile Control Actuation business growth strategies to ensure that long-term goals are achieved
Provide program execution expertise leading the Integrated Product Team through the life cycle tenets of the Collins Management System
Accountable for the full value stream lifecycle of programs, products, and services from inception through completion and renewal, inclusive of pursuit and order capture, design and development, produce to deliver, service/support, and long-term strategic business plans
Lead in areas of planning and execution of complex systems, managing risks with meaningful financial and schedule impacts and strategic implications for the business
Ensure adherence to program baselines and serve as the primary customer point of contact in communication of program status
Develop strong knowledge of the customers to assist with addressing challenges due to unforeseen circumstances and can influence and negotiate elements with appropriate customers to achieve and/or exceed business commitments while improving customer satisfaction
Maintain responsibility for schedule, performance, cost attainment, sales, and order forecasts, and present proposals, status reports and customer status to leadership
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
Exercise and an understanding of Missile Control Actuation systems, production methods, development processes and support methodologies
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
Excellent communications and team building skills; able to effectively communicate vision across the Integrated Product Team
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment, particularly in aerospace or defense industries with the ability to apply critical thinking where incomplete data exists
Experience in one of the following areas: Program Management, Manufacturing / Production or Project Management
Experience managing Teams through influence rather than reporting structure
Strong risk management & mitigation experience, with a background in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
