Description We are seeking an Inventory Analyst in the greater Burlington, VT United States area. The role involves will assist in getting a cycle count processes in place, improving inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse operations in the logistics and distribution industry. The Inventory Analyst will also oversee the implementation of effective inventory control systems, enhance ERP functionality, and drive continuous process improvements. Responsibilities: Establish and manage cycle count processes to ensure inventory accuracy Implement effective inventory control systems to optimize warehouse operations Enhance the functionality of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems Drive continuous process improvements to support operational efficiency Oversee KPI reporting and lead CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) initiatives Focus on improving inventory accuracy to support the company’s growth Optimize warehouse operations to improve overall efficiency Lead Continuous Process Improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency Implement and manage effective inventory control systems to ensure accuracy Enhance ERP functionality for better inventory management and control.Requirements Applicant must have a comprehensive understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Demonstrated ability in Logistics & Distribution is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. Strong organizational and time management skills are required to manage inventory effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary. The candidate should be detail-oriented to ensure accurate inventory records. A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in an inventory management role is a plus. Knowledge of inventory management software and databases is desirable. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills to address any inventory discrepancies. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential. The candidate should be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance with all industry regulations is mandatory.
