This is a critical position for ongoing M&O work for New Mexico as the resource needs to understand the system and works on the regular M&O activities and regular triaging of incidents along 1095 and enrollment issues

This is a hands on role which also require understanding the product and implementation. Role require a domain knowledge of Enrollment & 1095 systems

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science/Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications across a range of domains, platforms and environments.

5+ years of development experience with Java, SOA, JAX-WS, Spring-WS and Oracle DBMS Minimum 5-12 years of development experience with J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, STRUTS, JBoss, JBoss Fuse

5+ years of development experience with JSP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Node JS

5+ years of development experience with Web services

5+ years of development experience with XML, JSON, UI/UX, and JUnit Demonstrate experience with technologies like rules engine and dynamic forms builder

5+ years of demonstrated experience with Cloud based implementation and optimization (AWS)

Preferred experience:

Strong technical skills in UML, Java, J2EE, JSP, Spring/Hibernate, SOAP, Node JS, SQL and Relational Database

Previous experience configuring and using any or all of the following highly desirable: JDBC, AJAX, Log4j, Ant, Subversion, Tomcat Proficiency on Linux, SVN, Github, Sonar and CI tools (Jenkins)

Should have excellent Conceptualization, patterns, modeling, design skills

Strong hands-on technical skills in security and performance architecture Should have participated in, and be familiar with, SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies

Experience in architecting/developing Medicaid integrated eligibility related systems

Experience designing SaaS/multi-tenant solutions Good knowledge of MARS-e and MITA standards

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
