job detailsA botique IP law firm has a need for a Chemical Patent Agent. In this role you will support biotech clients with their patent prosecution needs. This is a hybrid role with in office work Monday-Wednesday. Free parking. Beautiful office overlooking the Potomac. Position requires: (a) BS in chemistry or chemical engineering; (b) 1+ years of patent prosecution experience; (c) ability to independently work a docket right away; (d) USPTO license. Billable hour minimum is 1800.
