A fast growing start up, based in Arlington, VA is seeking a UX Researcher to take their product to the next level. They have created an innovative subscription based model for content creators. You will be joining a newly established research team and focusing on core features of their platform.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to take charge in helping to define the next generation of product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and conducting product research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Required Skills & Experience

• BA/ BS in Psychology, Computer Science, Human- computer interaction, or related field
• 2 + years in applied product research
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Background with product design

What You Will Be Doing

• Work closely with the product team to identify research topics, determine scope, set objectives, present outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations
• Create studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, generating insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
• Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods (e.g., usability testing and interviewing) as well as a subset of quantitative methods (e.g., surveys and A/B testing)
• Leverage user research and analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making
• Utilize human-centered framework to work in partnership with cross-divisional teams such as product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing
