Develops, operates, troubleshoots, and modernizes mobile management portfolio for government client with global level Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions encompassing but not limited to the Apple iOS and Android mobile OS (Operating System) platforms. Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), Mobile Content Management (MCM), Mobile Browsing Management (MBM) for Corporate Owned Business Only (COBO), Corporate Owned Personally Enabled (COPE) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD or BYOD like) managed and unmanaged devices.Provides technical consultations, advisement, recommendations, assistance for service delivery and mobile solutions development to include project support, review of Request for Change RFCs (Request For Change) (Request For Change), Engineering reporting, and technical evaluations for Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions and components. Regularly interfaces with Military Staff and Government employees. Configures, troubleshoots, compliance policies, profiles in accordance with DoD (Department of Defense) Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) and validation efforts for iOS and Android devices. Drafts and develops Standard Operating Procedures, Admin guide, User Guide, and other technical and process documentation for distribution to appropriate audience. Interfaces with vendors, partners, and government product groups to develop and sustain product service area roadmaps. Review and comment to all Mobile Engineering Documentation/CDRLs related to the Mobile Services solution to include architecture products, requirements traceability matrix, technical baseline documents, installation documents, test plans/procedures/report, release, and deployment plans, and RMF (Risk Management Framework) Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) documents. Responsible for ensuring IT (Information Technology) asset inventory represents current data, ensuring any service provider produces proper post-installation documentation and planning for critical infrastructure to support the network. Advises on service upgrades for hardware/software support and EOS/EOL upgrade/replacement planning. Perform daily operations and maintenance tasks to include capacity checks, overall system health, logging, compliance checks and service availability.Masters degree with 3 (or more) years of experience or a Bachelors degree with 7 (or more) years of experience or High School Diploma with 10 years (or more) experience in EMM solutions, products and components such as: Apple Business Manager, AppleCare OS Support, Google Enterprise, BlackBerry UEM, AirWatch, Maas360, MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, MS Azure AD, M365, DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency) Purebred, Mobile PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), S/MIME, mobile device provisioning, Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, compliance, configuration profile, enrollment profile, group/policy management, conditional access and role-based access controls. Proficiency in M365 or MS Office productivity applications. Possess a current Security Certification that meets the DoD 8570.01m requirements IAT Level II (or be able to obtain certification in the first 90 days of employment).
