Strategic Account Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Facilitate the sales process by supporting our Field Selling Team.Working directly with Field Sellers in a support capacity.Working closely with Director of Sales as well as the SACs and SAMsSupport Senior Level Sales Management team in Key Account InteractionsWork with the Executive Vice President of Sales to help foster an environment of ongoing learning.Actively participates in meetings and day-to-day communication with Key Accounts customers.Track and manage leads and opportunities of the Sales Department Key Accounts, including all new build and renovation pipelines.Assists with industry and market research to help sales management in identifying, analyzing and establishing ROI potential for new and existing customers and channels.Be able to interact with all disciplines of the organization (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, etc.).Utilize / Champion project management tools to track and manage sales leads and opportunities.Help coordinate sales functions (planning, addressing questions from Field Sellers, follow-up, execution, etc.).Partner with the Strategic Account team to coordinate tradeshows, sponsorships, sales meetings and other company events.Help track sales performance and opportunity (using CRM, and otherwise).Help manage information to inside sales team and Field Sales Team.Enforcement of data integrity and process flow.Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the CFS Team, and across the organization.Attend company sponsored tradeshows as needed:  i.e. some travel may be required.Attend and participate in product training and other training as required.Keep informed of new products, services, market trends/developments, etc.All other duties as assigned.
