Seeking individual for part-time job with potential for full-time, including some benefits. Job centers on providing support to an adult male (38-years-old) with mild autism who has an active life style. Activities include daily exercise, coaching/assisting during job in the community, and community integration (shopping, eating out, completing chores). Applicant must be non-smoker; no use of recreational drugs; unblemished driving record; spotless background check; three verifiable recommendation letters; and, be physically fit. No experience required! The successful candidate will receive orientation and be paid for on the job training during the first month of work. Generally, job is 3-days a week, 8 to 10-hours-a-day. This is a wonderful opportunity for a 'first job' for a young adult, retiree, stay-at-home parent, and/or anyone who is comfortable in providing support to another person.
$15.00/hr during first month’s training;
$20.00/hr after being trained
This job can grow into full-time work opportunity. Our goal is
to identify someone who can perform all the duties of a care provider
with accompanying compensation.
