TRG Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for the Richmond area. A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in multi-family property maintenance, HVAC certification, excellent customer service skills, extensive knowledge of building systems, ability to supervise staff and a desire to be a team player. Must be able to pass drug and background screening. On call rotation required. Excellent starting pay and benefit package.
