Currently seeking Prep Technicians for Full Time Summer Employment. We are looking for individuals willing to work hard assisting our Maintenance Technicians with Turning Apartments.
ï· Routinely performs the following duties in order to restore apartment to "market ready" status:
ï· Checks all lights and replaces as necessary.
ï· Replaces or repairs windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets.
ï· Checks applicable appliances and informs Maintenance Technician of problems.
ï· Assists in changing or removing appliances from apartment.
ï· Makes keys when necessary.
ï· Checks faucets, sink plugs and repairs/replaces as necessary. Replaces washers when needed. Performs
exterior repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted.
ï· Assists with painting duties when requested. Transfers paint from storage areas to apartment units when
painting is scheduled.
ï· Other duties as assigned.
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with some overtime and weekends required.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
