Small Apartment Community in Floyd, VA is looking for a long term maintenance person.
We are looking for a someone that has some experience with maintenance type issues; painting, cleaning, very basic plumbing, basic electrical work, and keeping grounds picked up.

Looking for a 32 hour person and this will be a perm position. There is a basic background (criminal) check for all employees. You also must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation with insurance (on the vehicle.)
