Crystal Clear, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Pressure Washing Technician to join our team! This position offers flexible hours and involves a variety of tasks including pressure washing, house and roof washing, concrete resurfacing, and deck cleaning and staining. Responsibilities:
Conduct pressure washing on residential properties, including houses, roofs, driveways, and decks.
Perform concrete resurfacing with attention to detail.
Clean and stain decks to ensure a professional finish.
Maintain and care for all equipment used in the cleaning process.
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
Must be an American citizen.
No felonies and a clean driving record are required.
Ability to work flexible hours, we do not work most weekends.
Previous experience in pressure washing or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Compensation:
Starting pay of $18.00 per hour for the first 90 days. Paid Weekly.
Pay increases to $20.00 per hour after successful completion of the probation period.
