Service Manager
University BP in Radford, VA is currently seeking a Service Writer / Customer Service Manager.
Job Task Included (but not limited to)
Entering customer and vehicle information into computer
Ordering necessary parts for repair from vendors and negotiating cost of items
Assisting Shop Forman in keeping vehicles organized and in and out of shop as fast as possible
Explaining needed repairs to customers in an understandable and friendly manner
Collecting payment from the customers
Watching the fuel/gas pumps (assisting elderly customers by pumping their gas)
Keeping the customer lobby neat and organize (including mopping the floor and washing the windows, cleaning restrooms)
Help keep the lot and fuel/gas island neat and clean
Qualifications
High level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focus attitude.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment; flexible in responding to changing requirements.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be willing to work overtime and be flexible regarding to work schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
