We are an ecommerce company headquartered in Zion's Crossroads seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Accounting Assistant to join our Team on a part-time basis.
Initial job responsibilities will include:
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
-Complete monthly and quarterly sales tax filings;
-Assist with invoicing and reconciliation;
-Support payroll preparation; and
-Help prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
-Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software is a plus.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Hours: we can offer a flexible schedule, with an estimated 10-20 hours per week, with a hybrid WFH setup.
Compensation is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
