We are a busy small bookkeeping and tax practice with a focus on excellent client service. We are seeking a Tax Associate to work full-time during tax season (Jan/Feb-Apr).
This position will entail individual income tax data entry and organization of data.
The ideal candidate should have a general knowledge of the individual income tax form flow to include Schedule C, be able to create or modify data in Excel.
Required:
-accurate and proficient data entry
-organization of data and work flow
-quick learner and want to learn new things
-work independent
-be able to work under time constraints
-good communication skills
-non-smoker
-limited personal cell phone usage
Experience with ProSeries is a plus, but not required.
