Position: Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Location: Hybrid work environment (remote and on-site)
Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Pay: $23+ per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and Payroll:
Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Data & invoice entry
Office Management:
Supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage and organize company records and documentation.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflows.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Technology and Creativity:
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
(Preferred) Experience with Dropbox
(Preferred) Support website design and updates.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with payroll, bookkeeping, and financial management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(Preferred) Knowledge of website design and social media management.
