University Montessori School is seeking just the right person to offer a regular, Friday afternoon Garden/Art/Other enrichment class to our Kindergarteners throughout the school year!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Follows the school's policies for interaction, instruction, and discipline of children
Supports the positive work environment by communicating openly and thoughtfully with administration and staff
Works well both independently and with other teachers
Experience with gardening, arts/crafts, or other enrichment subjects
Comfortable being self-directed
High school degree
Arrives on time
Good written and oral communication skills
2+ years experience working with children
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree or higher
Experience working with children in a preschool or kindergarten setting
Montessori credentials, Familiarity and/or Experience with Montessori methodology
