Sbrocco's Donuts & Espresso in the Fry's Spring neighborhood of Charlottesville, VA is looking for baristas to join our team. We are a new business started by the owners of MarieBette Café & Bakery, serving donuts, specialty pastries, and coffee drinks. Our opening day was 9/27 and it's been very busy already. We are located on 115 Maury Ave in Charlottesville.Currently hiring part-time positions, experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and our standards Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications Curiosity to learn Ability to get along well with coworkers and to help maintain a positive work culture High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Pay depends on experience but tends to range between $16-$24/hr (includes gratuity).Early mornings (sometimes 5:30am) & weekend availability required. Shifts run 8 hours long.Our current scheduling needs are for Monday & Saturday, and Saturday & Sunday but over time there may be more shifts available.
