COMMON HOUSE SEEKS SERVER
We are seeking a hardworking, eager and progressive individual to join our team! The environment is positive, educational and focused. RESPONSIBILITIES//SERVER
Waitstaff will coordinate and execute service of food and drinks in their station. You are expected to accurately explain menu items and understand guest needs while being an ambassador of the club. Basic cleaning and setup tasks.
SKILLS
-At least 6 months experience working in relevant restaurants.
-Humility and ability to assess your own performance.
-A warm and outgoing personality, ability to smile.
-A strong desire and willingness to learn about our cuisine and beverage program.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
-Natural ability to provide genuine, refined and hospitable service.
-The desire to work well with others.
-Experience with a POS system.
-Strong multitasking skills in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
