Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and offer personalized recommendations.
Cigar Selection: Guide guests in choosing cigars based on flavor, strength, and origin.
Beverage Service: Take and serve drink orders, offering ideal pairings.
Humidor Maintenance: Monitor stock, maintain proper humidity, and restock cigars.
Cutting & Lighting: Assist guests with proper cigar cutting and lighting techniques.
Tableside Service: Ensure guest needs are met, clear ashtrays, and maintain cleanliness.
Knowledge & Promotion: Stay informed on cigar trends and promote featured selections.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and alcohol service regulations.
Guest Relations: Build rapport with guests and enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in an upscale setting.
Knowledge of cigars, brands, and etiquette a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused approach.
Professional demeanor with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail service.
