Full time pastry position available. Looking for someone who has an individual drive to make top end pastries in a busy restaurant/cafe.
Position would be leading the charge while working alongside head baker to develop pastry program including but not limited to croissants, tarts, eclairs, donuts, dinner dessert prep, and other various bakery tasks.
Experience leading a pastry department is a must.
