Farmington Country Club is looking for a Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The Pastry Cook is responsible for the daily production of breakfast pastries, as well as assisting with dessert production for our à la carte outlets and banquet operation. The Pastry Shop at Farmington is a from- scratch operation which provides a great opportunity for individuals seeking to build a practical foundation of pastry skills while working toward the highest levels of the Pastry Arts profession. While this is an entry level position and past pastry experience is not required, prior experience in a professional kitchen is a plus.
