Barista and Counter Staff (Charlottesville)
Shenandoah Joe Coffee Roasters is looking for dependable, coffee loving bar staff.
Barista applicants should have the following qualifications for applying:

Bar Back and Register applicants should have the following qualifications for applying:
- Retail or cafe experience
- Ability to move line quickly, proficient on register
- Ability to take direction and communicate clearly
- Capability to work well with a team structure
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to organize and clean efficiently, eye for DETAIL
