Job Title- Construction / Asphalt Laborer (Midland, VA and occasional trips to Spotsylvania)
Compensation: $15-$20 per hour
Employment type: Full-Time
Shifts- 8-10 Hours Daily
Must have a Drivers License- no exceptions!
Must have reliable transportation to get back and forth to work!

TriTechnologies is a Green Pavement Maintenance Company in the Asphalt Industry. We specialize in Asphalt Rejuvenating which reconditions the the asphalt from the outside in! We save our clients a lot of money by Rejuvenating instead of Repaving! There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and growth! Full time positions available. Typical season is from April- December. Year round work thru the winter is available for the right person!
Job Description-
Crew member will participate in Rejuvenating asphalt on highways, roadways, parking lots and driveways. Crew member will prepare the asphalt surface, apply crack sealant and do line painting. Crew member will also complete maintenance and clean the machinery.
Requirements and Work Environment-
Must be able to lift and move up to 25-50 lbs.
Must be able to follow directions
Must be able to work well with others
Must be ok with working in hot weather for extended periods of time!
Must be able to operate equipment and machinery
Must be available for weekend work, early mornings and late afternoons.
Typical Hours are 8-10 hours per day
Overnight and out of town work may be needed also but very minimal!
