Charlottesville based Landscape Design/Build company is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance crew leader (also performing seasonal landscape installation tasks). Full-time and Part-time available. Construction and Land Management related tasks also available. Must be willing to work hard and diligently (with or without supervision). Must take pride in what you do. Must have your own transportation to/from work. Please provide related work experience when responding to this post.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate Zero-Turn and be able to perform maintenance on all mowing equipment.
Perform seasonal pruning tasks
Identify weeds and fine gardening needs (deadheading, spraying needs, etc.)
Perform Bed Edging, Mulching and occasional chainsaw work.
Work as part of a 2-3 man team and professionally conduct yourself with clientele and co-workers. Operate landscape equipment in professional manner + oversee/perform landscape construction, installation and/or general landscape maintenance tasks (depending on position hired for). Mid-Large sized properties to be expected.
