We are a growing search engine marketing company in Charlottesville, VA looking for a motivated critical thinker to manage search engine advertising for our clients.
Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and have pay per click experience.
Pay
$22 / hour, depending on experience.
Work schedule
Flexible schedule required. This job will start out at 10-20 hours per week depending on needs for our company and for the candidate. We want someone to help us grow and turn this into a full time gig. We don’t know when that will happen so we are looking for flexibility in the short term.
Expectations
Optimize paid search (Google Ads) accounts to meet/exceed client goals.
Create/share monthly reports. Articulate key findings/strategy internally and with clients.
Problem solve with clients over email/phone to ensure we’re meeting and adapting to their needs.
Qualifications
Must be a driven, curious, critical thinker drawn to data analysis.
Candidate must articulate complex information in a simple/concise manner for internal discussions and with clients.
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills
