Quality Welding, Inc is a welding and metal fabrication company serving the central Virginia region. We have been in business since 1972 specializing in structural welding, metal fabrication, railings and stairs, automotive frame repair, and more.
We are in search of experienced individuals who have the desire to excel in the metal fabrication trade, with a strong work ethic.
Our ideal candidate will have the following abilities and skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
Layout, fabricate, and assemble railings and stairs
Ability to fabricate parts given information provided in a sketch or technical drawing.
General metallurgy knowledge
Working experience and knowledge of general fabrication tools
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision, problem solve, climb, pick up 75 lbs.
Must have good communication skills and be able to work with a team
Desire to get off the porch and run with the big dogs
Work 45 hours/week, Monday thru Friday
