Wireless Sales Representative:
Responsibilities:
Assist Customers in retail showroom with a wide range of products and services
Responsible for selling cellular phones and accessories
Handle technical and billing questions
Troubleshoot Customer complaints / problems and follow-up appropriately
Follow-up on sales leads
Monitor & adjust inventory, keep showroom fully stocked, and maintain neatness of store appearance
Answering phones, taking orders, and service calls
Operating of cash registers / credit card handling
Participates in special projects as needed
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Requirements: Must be naturally curious to want to learn about the latest and greatest devices, pricing and promotions. Must have high-level people interaction skills to deal with a variety of diverse backgrounds and cultures.Must be flexible and outgoing. Ability to effectively handle confidential information and maintain professionalism always.
