Design Electric, Inc. is looking for an IT Department Manager for their headquarters in Charlottesville, VA. Join a highly skilled team with incredible support from their ERP Manager, Database Designer and Outside Consultants. You have all the tools you could possibly need to keep their systems running smoothly. Position is fulltime, M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Technical Support – Design electric is adding several IT enhancements in the next two years to continue to modernize their software. You also have a staff of two IT professionals to help you manage operations.
If you have proven experience in an IT support role troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Server operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP and Windows 10 Design Electric wants to hear from you. Previous team leadership or department management experience is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and maintain: Microsoft Server operating system, Active Directory, DHCP & Windows 10 workstations
Troubleshoot the following programs with the aid of vendor support: IFS Core Mobile Tech Tool, Accubid Pro 14 Estimating, Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam Revu
Setup and maintenance SQL and ODBC connections
Setup and maintenance of MS OneDrive
Setup, maintenance and design of MS SharePoint
Setup and maintenance of Outlook 365 contacts and groups
Setup and maintenance of mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android)
