As a independent agency we have access to 30+ carriers which guarantee that you close at least 60% of quotes; hence, more commission in your pocket!
$45000 base plus unlimited commission!

Responsibilities
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Requirements
Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license -1-2 years experience a plus.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skill.
Outgoing and bubbly personality a must!
