We are a national building and maintenance material supply company seeking skilled and license contractors for installation of product purchased by customers. To expand our services we offer installation and renovation services for the products we sell. We offer these services in most cities throughout the US and are expanding into the Charlottesville/Culpeper/Warrenton areas and are in need of contractors to fill the demand.
The majority of work is in multi-family residential. However, we also do work for the hospitality, government, and educational industries as well.
We are looking for the following subcontractors:
- HVAC Installers to handle basic unit swaps of 1.5 3.0 ton residential units. No duct work.
- Plumbers for water heater replacement for both gas and electric units.
- General Contractors to complete basic unit renovations to include cabinetry, hardware, and electrical/plumbing fixtures.
We provide all materials you provide the skilled labor.
All contractors will need to licensed and insured. Insurance requirement is a minimum of $2MM in liability insurance and workers compensation, regardless of the number of employees. Background checks are also required for all employees that will be on the job site.
