R&R Builders is looking to hire an energetic, full-time person to assist and learn with construction and Remodeling.
Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday
Salary: Depends on experience.
Construction/Remodeling
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Listen to instructions and provide assistance when needed without the need to be asked
Provide the highest level of customer service.
Accept ownership of problems, develop solutions, and solve issues.
Willing to learn multiple trades while on the job
Build technician relationships with friendly and professional assistance.
No use of telephones during work hours
Coordinate the day’s scheduled work for timely completion and meet deadlines.
Effectively communicate and assist as needed.
The ability to follow policies and procedures as set forth by management
The ability to work on your own and handle workload.
Qualities must include:
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
Ability to professionally handle multiple types of construction work
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of construction and repairs
Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Dependable and reliable
Demonstrate good writing and speaking skills.
