TimberStone seeks a crew leader for our Design+Build division, focusing on building high-end outdoor living spaces for residential clients. Typical projects will involve masonry, carpentry, and hardscapes.
Must have excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
The successful candidate should be career-minded, goal-oriented and have the positive attitude to excel in a growing company.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license and be capable of driving a crew truck and towing equipment on a trailer.
Experience in operating heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators, compaction equipment) is a plus. We will provide training for operating and maintaining this machinery.
Must lead by example. As needed, must physically be able to work with the crew to get the job done, on time and on budget.
A reliable problem solver able to communicate and offer feedback.
Work as part of a team.
