Family-Owned Excavating Company Looking to Hire a Skilled Heavy Equipment Operator
Must be able to operate heavy equipment such as Mini Excavator, Skid Loader, Crawler Loader and Large Excavator
Must be experienced in digging basement foundations and place on grade using a laser level, site preps such as backfilling and grading lots, installing driveways and culvert pipes.
Must be self - motivated
Must demonstrate the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
Must demonstrate the ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors and other employees in a positive manner
Must demonstrate the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
Must have a valid driver's license required to drive company vehicle
Must demonstrate good attendance and punctuality
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Must be willing to work Monday - Friday, some weekends, if needed
Competitive wages, Pay based on experience
Overtime paid for hours worked over 40 hours each week
