Lead Carpenter Wanted –
We are a small Class A residential construction company based in Cville but we work all around Central Virginia. We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in a range of projects, from additions and whole-house builds to decks and renovations. We are looking for a skilled individual who can work independently, help manage subs, and lead a crew on both small and large projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a lead carpenter in residential construction.
- Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently on various job sites.
- Must have your own basic tools.
- Reliable transportation is required, with willingness to travel up to 100+ miles from Charlottesville for some projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Must speak English proficiently
