Description:Seeking an Interior Carpenter to Inspect, repair, install, modify, rebuild, construct, and maintains woodwork and other related structures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Proficient at blueprint reading. Must be able to examine blueprints to determine dimensions of structure.
Layout floor plans and cabinetwork to include being able to install frameless cabinets and related hardware
Install multi-piece crown, base and shoe moldings with a consistency of high quality, using coped inside corners, within a standard time frame.
Install interior and exterior doors from scratch, as well as effectively fitting doors into existing openings on older homes.
Install sheet rock and acoustical ceilings
Layout and installs stud wall framing
Installs doors, builds stairs, and lays hardwood floors.
Layout and install stairs for a basement or deck using a framing square
Qualifications:2+ years experience in finishing carpentry
1+ years of experience painting and trim work
2+ years experience interpreting blueprints
Hours:40-50 hours/ week
Monday - Friday 9-10 hour shifts
