The Maintenance Service Tech-Handyman is a vital role at our Home Center. You will work directly with new and recent homeowners within our community. This position requires a variety of handyman skills as well as a firm commitment to delighting customers with exceptional service. Basic computer skills are required. Responsibilities include completing customer service requests, performing general lot maintenance and property/home appearance, some ladder use for interior and exterior repairs, parts management and storage, and ability to lift 75 lbs. minimum. Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Company van provided during work hours. Background check and drug screening required. EOE.
As a Maintenance Service Tech-Handyman you must be reliable, dependable, and friendly with a solid work ethic and a sense of pride in your craftmanship. You must be able to communicate with customers in a friendly manner and keep them updated on all open work orders. This position requires hand eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to stoop, bend, lift and climb to single story roof.
