We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our remote travel team! As a Remote Travel Specialist, you’ll assist clients in planning and booking their vacations, cruises, flights, hotels, and special events while providing top-notch customer service.
No prior travel experience is required, all professional training and certifications are provided.
What You’ll Do:
Research, plan, and arrange travel options based on client preferences.
Handle travel inquiries by phone, email, and messaging.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and travel partners.
Stay up to date on travel trends and destination information.
Complete ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and industry skills.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Smartphone required; laptop or computer recommended.
Reliable internet connection.
Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
