As a Lead Teacher you will:
Communicate regularly with parents to support, guide, and share in their child’s development
Guide your teaching team to develop classroom plans, goals, and hands-on activities based on your observations of children’s interests and skills
Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care
Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements including:
At least six months of experience working with children in a professional setting
At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
CDA or higher Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
Pass required state and company background checks
