The candidate should have the "Qualifications" listed below.
2-5 years previous apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, A/C repair, general appliance repair and apartment turn over. Candidate must have HVAC/CFC certification. Candidate must respond quickly to resident requests for maintenance service, and make appropriate repairs. The Maintenance technician is responsible for complying with policies and procedures, and for adhering to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the operation of the community and Fair Housing.
We do offer a benefit package after 90 days of employment. Plus performance bonuses. This position is for the Fredrickburg, VA. area. Position requires the person to be placed on emergency call.
