Come join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you responsible for advance order flow, answering questions from customers and internal staff, and removing roadblocks by using your organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $17.00/Hour
Location: Gainesville
Schedule: 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
Responsibilities:
Gathering data to place in orders
Communicating with customers and vendors by phone and email
Establishing strong relationships with customer contacts
Conducting quality checks
Assessing asset condition
Managing all repairs
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good computer skills with knowledge of Outlook and Excel
Own computer equipment required for remote work
