Required Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of DENTAL front desk experience. To succeed in this position you need to understand scheduling, dental insurance, billing, treatment plan presentation, and HIPAA rules. Candidates without DENTAL front desk experience will not be considered.
Must genuinely enjoy people, and be able to remain pleasant and professional in all situations.
Strong computer, organizational, and verbal skills.
Must be comfortable talking with patients about finances
