DIRECT SUPPOT PROFESSIONALS (DSPs) needed. These are NON-MEDICAL positions that provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in all areas of living skills. Services are provided in the individuals home, as well as in the community.
We are seeking DSPs for individuals residing in Woodbridge, VA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record & maintain daily progress notes and submit regularly Provide support, supervision, education and skills training Communicate with Supervisor, clients & family members Maintain confidentiality Demonstrate professionalism Observe, recognize and promote individual strengths and abilities
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1 year experience with DD/ID MH
HS diploma or GED Good driving record Valid drivers license Proof of automobile insurance Pass criminal history and background check $12.50 per hour to start.
