Role Description
This is a role for a Home Health Nurse at Divine Senior Home Care LLC. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for going to clients houses and completing assessments. This role is not location based, local traveling to meet clients in order to complete the assessments can be necessary. No prior experience necessary but if you have Home Health experience that would be preferred.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Must have a R.N License
Many of our clients speak Urdu, Panjabi, or Spanish, being multilingual is a plus!
