Job Title- Construction / Asphalt Crew Member (Spotsylvania & Midland, VA)
Compensation: $15-$20 per hour
Employment type: Full-Time
Shifts- 8-10 Hours Daily
Must be able to commute to Midland regularly and to Spotsylvania occasionally!
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTION AND A GOOD DRIVING RECORD!

Our superior Rejuvenating products improve the asphalt from the inside out! We save our clients a lot of money by Rejuvenating instead of Repaving! There are plenty of opportunities for advancement and growth! Full time positions available. Typical season is from April- December. Year round work thru the winter is available for the right person!
Crew Chief experience or the ability is ideal!
Job Description-
Crew member will be responsible to accomplish all aspects of Rejuvenating asphalt on highways, private roadways, parking lots and driveways. Crew member will prepare asphalt surfaces for the Rejuvenator, apply crack sealant and do line painting. Crew member will also complete maintenance tasks and clean the machinery.
Requirements and Work Environment-
Must be able to lift and move up to 25-50 lbs.
Must be able to follow directions
.Must be able to work well with others
Must be ok with working in hot weather for extended periods of time!
Must have the physical ability to operate equipment and machinery
Must be available for weekend work, early mornings and into the late afternoons.
Typical Hours are 8-10 hours per day
Overnight and out of town travel and work may be needed also!
