We seek to bring in some who are new to the industry with a hunger to learn the sealcoat business. We also seek to hire a couple of people that have sealcoated before and are able to advance in their techniques in improving the end result. Having experience in small engine repairs is a plus and being able to lift 50 pounds overhead safely is needed. Finally, we have an interest in bringing on a working Field Supervisor who possess the skills to lead the daily operations in a highly efficient and professional manner. We also get great satisfaction with the end result and we enjoy what we are doing because we work as a team!
