Good day, I am in need of help around a large property at Lake Anna in Bumpass.
There's a wide variety of tasks and I'll need at a minimum two days a week but initially more days. Paid $20/hr paid daily.
Hours can be flexible if you have children in school or have a regular job.
No smoking, drinking or drugs. You must have a valid driver's license?

Here is a partial List of things you'll be helping me with. There's actually more but this is Just so you get an idea of what you'll be doing. And make sure you're good with all or at least most of them.
Domestic work and Cleaning very large house, watering plants, potting plants, dusting, leaf blowing and lots of rather simple tasks. ( No ditch digging type tasks. )
Spreading mulch in flower bed.
Spraying flower beds for insects and fertilize.
Organize items in two car garage.
Help run low voltage lights around exterior fence. (Really easy)
Laundry each week
Initially, I'd like to work three or more days in a row if possible.
Contact me if you can handle the majority of these tasks. None are very difficult.
